Subject: BioComponents loading bar not completing
If you are experiencing issues with BioComponents loading bar not completing or a message that states “Please contact system vendor” please follow the below steps:
1. Shutdown Biocomponents manager, by right clicking on the icon in system tray and selecting Shutdown BioComponents.
This can be located on the bottom right hand corner of the PC. You would click on the (^) icon and right click on the BioComponents manager
2. Uninstall BioComponentsManager from the Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> BioComponentsManager
Type control panel in the windows search bar at the bottom of your PC
The next steps will be done from the folder in the bottom of your PC screen. Go to the C: drive and select your user profile.
3. Delete BioComponents folder from C:\Users\<username>\Aware\BioComponents
4. Delete 2.0 folder from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
5. Delete contents under - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Applications\Cache
Clear the cookies and cache from the web browser
6. Access the application, download new BioComponents and run the Web Enroll.
1. You can re-download the application by using our test AV number in the transmit section of your dashboard.
2. Click as if you were transmit and use the below

2. Last name: Moonbeam
Special Note: Windows will tell you that it has blocked the software since it is not a Windows app. If you see this, hit “more info” and “run anyway”.
